The retreat offered a variety of wellness activities that I found both beneficial and enjoyable. Yoga sessions overlooking the ocean at sunrise were particularly invigorating and allowed me to foster a deep connection with nature while promoting my mental and physical well-being. One of the most transformative experiences I had during the retreat was the Temazcal, sweat lodge that brought a lasting impact in various aspects of my life. This sacred ritual not only cleansed and rejuvenated my body but also provides profound mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits. Participating in the Temazcal, helped me to identify and release negative thought patterns and cultivate a more positive and present mindset and allowed me to gain invaluable insights into what I need to release and heal from to become the best version of my self. The Temazcal provided me with invaluable insights and personal growth that has has had lasting positive benefits on how I view myself that has extended far beyond my time at the retreat. Additionally, the nutritional food provided insights into how my diet affects my overall well-being, leading me to make lasting changes to my eating habits. The combination of these experiences has had a profound and lasting impact on my approach to wellness.
