Join us for the inaugural 'It's Yoga Kids' Family Retreat
June 11-14, 2026
Mendocino, CA
We invite you to our Summer Family Yoga Retreat
This June, join us for a 4-Day Family Yoga Retreat at the beautiful Spirit Camp in Mendocino – a place designed for connection, presence, and shared experience.
Hosted by Michelle Wing, founder of It’s Yoga Kids® and a world-renowned leader in children’s wellness, alongside Melanie Sands, founder of Vida Sana Retreats and an experienced international retreat leader and holistic facilitator, this retreat offers families a rare opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and grow together.
From June 11-14, families will enjoy gentle yoga, mindfulness practices, movement, and nature-based activities thoughtfully designed for adults, teens, and children alike. Days are supported by a nourishing menu of chef-prepared cuisine, focusing on mostly vegetarian dishes, with most dietary needs thoughtfully accommodated.
Nestled on Northern California’s breathtaking Mendocino Coast, Spirit Camp is surrounded by towering redwoods and open forest trails. This setting invites both joyful exploration and quiet reflection, offering tools for emotional wellbeing, creativity, and deeper family connection.
Located just a few hours’ drive from the San Francisco Bay Area, Spirit Camp feels worlds away. Once here, you can wander forest paths, pause in peaceful clearings, or simply breathe in the crisp coastal air.
After four days immersed in nature and community, you’ll leave feeling renewed, inspired, and deeply connected — to one another, to the land, and to the shared experience of retreating together.
Due to the activities we will be undertaking, this experience is suited for children aged 4 plus. If you have a younger child and would like them to join you, please email us at hola@vidasanaretreats.com to discuss options.
