Retreat Overview

Join us for the Arctic Sweden Women’s Nature Immersion & Photography Retreat from September 18–24, 2026. This intimate, 7-day experience is designed to reconnect you with nature, your creative expression, and a supportive community of women.

We’ll explore remote Nordic landscapes, hike through golden forests, photograph the Northern Lights, soak in saunas, and gather for reflection, healing, and celebration of the Autumn Equinox.

Itinerary

Day 1 – Sept 18

  • Meet in Luleå at 2pm
  • Private transfer to Sörbyn Lodge
  • Optional sauna, welcome circle & dinner
  • First glimpse of the Northern Lights

Day 2 – Sept 19

  • Foraging excursion with Eva Gunnare
  • Sauna + Intro to photography with Sara
  • Scenic hike + mindfulness with Melanie
  • Evening group session

Day 3 – Sept 20

  • Morning Yin Yoga
  • Hiking + kayaking adventure
  • Post-hike sauna & dinner
  • Night photography under the aurora

Day 4 – Sept 21

  • Optional morning yoga
  • Transfer to Årrenjarka Lodge via picnic & nature stop

Day 5 – Sept 22 (Autumn Equinox)

  • Mountain hike
  • Sauna + Spiritual Fire Ceremony
  • Stargazing night

Day 6 – Sept 23

  • Optional portrait shoot (Early Bird Bonus)
  • Free time: hike, swim, sauna, rest

Day 7 – Sept 24

  • Drive back to Luleå via Storforsen River
  • Farewell at midday
